Aluminized works best where service temperature exceeds galvanized's limit (~480°F continuous). T1-25 is standard for exhaust and heat shields; T1-40 buys longer life on the highest-temp parts. Forming and welding both benefit from clean, oil-free coil — call out the prep you need at quote.
