Pre-engineered metal building manufacturers and roll-formers depend on consistent coating weight, accurate gauge, and color-true pre-painted coils. A mismatch on AZ designation or paint lot shows up immediately in the field and is expensive to remediate.
Metal Master supplies AZ50 and AZ55 Galvalume to ASTM A792 for roofing, siding, and pre-engineered structures, plus pre-painted SMP and PVDF systems on Galvalume or galvanized substrate per ASTM A755. We slit to widths up to 62 inches across the product range and lot-match color across multiple coils for long panel runs.
For specifiers, the AZ55 Galvalume / PVDF system is the long-life choice for unpainted-warranty roofs, especially in agricultural and rural applications. We can walk through coating selection with you at quote — including the environments Galvalume is not suited for (copper contact, treated lumber, alkaline contact, severe coastal).
